They use a traditional method called “Boulav” to produce the super delicious raisins. Here is how they do the job:
First, the wood ash is boiled in water. Second, the mixture is given enough time to get cold and settle. Third, when the mixture settles, remaining liquid that is called “Khoshab” is separated. Then, the grapes are saturated into the liquid. And finally, they will be laid down in the direct sunlight to get dried.
